These terms apply to your use of this site (inshurik.net), of EZ Life Insurance (emceasylife.com) and to the text messages sent by Inshurik Inc., doing business as Insurance Supermarket (“we”, “us”). By using the site or agreeing to receive our texts you accept them.

Text-message program terms

Program. Customer-care messages from Insurance Supermarket (Inshurik Inc.): a secure, one-time link to complete your EMC National Life Company life insurance application, plus related service replies.
How you opt in. When you call us, our representative tells you: “By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS informational updates from Inshurik Inc. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.” Once you agree, we send a confirmation text. Replying YES or START also opts you in.
Message frequency varies — typically one to three messages about your application.

To stop: reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to any message. You will receive one final confirmation: “Inshurik Inc.: You have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages from us. Reply HELP for assistance.”

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can complete your application by phone or on paper without agreeing to receive texts.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are sent from our registered business numbers; delivery depends on your carrier and device.
Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Using the application site

The link we text you is personal to you. Do not forward it. Anyone with the link can see and change the application it opens.
You confirm that the information you enter is true and complete to the best of your knowledge. False or incomplete answers may cause benefits to be denied.
Submitting an application is not a guarantee of coverage. Coverage begins only when EMC National Life Company issues your policy and your first premium has been paid.
Quotes shown on the site are based on the answers you give and may change if those answers change.
We may record and transcribe calls with our representatives and our digital assistant for quality, training and record-keeping.
